Free standard shipping on all orders $70 and above

Processing time

Most of our products are printed or made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Personalized items may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Order tracking

Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, contact us at ftsmerchandise@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we will do our best to help.

Delays

During peak seasons (such as the Christmas holidays), carriers may experience delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering early for gifts.
